When you're not off exploring a Fijian beach, you can spend your time enjoying the fantastic facilities on board instead. The ScholarShip@Sea enrichment programme has daily classes with a variety of topics to choose from, and many have guest speakers. At night the ship transforms in to a hive of activity. Recently added to the ship is the popular Movies Under the Stars outdoor cinema, where you can watch all the latest films under the night sky, with complimentary popcorn and cookies handed out throughout. The Wheelhouse Bar is also a popular place to spend a few hours, with its traditional wood-panelled walls, comfy seats, and various cabaret acts, comedians and live music throughout the evening.Trivia
When Sun Princess was launched back in 1995, she was the largest ship ever built for the Princess fleet, and was also the largest cruise ship in the world. Nowadays she is comfortably a mid-sized ship, but she set many standards in the way modern-day ships are now designed and built.Health and Fitness
The Lotus Spa and the Sanctuary are the place to head to for some much-needed pampering. The spa provides a fantastic range of different treatments designed to help you relax and de-stress, from traditional massages to modern-day therapies. In addition to the treatment rooms there are also saunas, a pool with hot tubs, and a beauty salon. On the very top deck overlooking the front of the ship you will find the Sanctuary, a quiet adult-only retreat. Here you can just relax under the airy cabanas or soak up the sun in peace away from the main decks. In the Lotus Fitness Centre you will find a state-of-the-art gym with all the latest equipment, as well as an aerobics area for fitness classes.Children's Facilities
Sun Princess is a fantastic choice for families and there is no doubt that children of all ages will have as great time. The dedicated children's clubs are split up in to various age groups, ranging from 3 - 17 years old, and all of the activities are tailored to suit them. For children aged 3 - 12 years old they can join in with all sorts of fun activities like arts and crafts, treasure hunts and interactive video games, as well as having a huge indoor playroom and an outdoor play area too. Teens also have their own area where they can relax and spend time with their friends. During the day they can play video games, take part in sports contests and learn all the latest dance moves, whilst in the evening there are movie nights, karaoke and talent contests, dinners and discos.Facilities

The Regency Dining Room offers fixed seating dining with waiter service and it is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant opens for breakfast between 7.30am and 9am, and for lunch between 12.15pm and 1.45pm. Dinner is served across two sittings at 5.30pm and 7.45pm, and you will have the same table reserved for you for the duration of the cruiseMarquis Dining Room - Anytime Dining
The Marquis Dining Room offers anytime dining with waiter service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is usually available between 7.30am and 9am and lunch is served between 12.15pm and 1.45pm. Dinner is served between 6pm and 9.30pm so you just need to arrive at your chosen time and you will be seated. You also have the flexibility to eat at a different table each night if you want to.Signature Dining
Sterling Steakhouse - Speciality Steak Restaurant
Enjoy some of the finest cuisine at sea in the Sterling Steakhouse. On the menu you'll discover premium cuts of beef as well as chicken and fish, all prepared to your personal taste. The restaurant is open for dinner and there is a cover charge of approx AUS$20 per person to dine here.
