Life on board Sapphire Princess is very relaxed so you can spend your time however you like. The duty-free shops are a great place to spend a few hours browsing the souvenirs and designer clothes, perfumes and cosmetics that are on sale, or simply sit with a coffee in the Grand Plaza and watch the hustle and bustle of ship life. Out on deck sun-worshippers can soak up the rays around one of five swimming pools, and you can see the latest films in the Movies Under the Stars outdoor cinema, complete with complimentary popcorn and cookies. In the evening the Princess Theatre hosts spectacular Broadway and Vegas style production shows and musicals, whilst in Club Fusion you can enjoy a variety of live music, cabaret and comedians. Children's clubs are open daily and they are split up in to various different age groups, with suitable activities and facilities for that age. In the FunZone children aged between 3 and 12 years old can take part in craft making, scavenger hunts, quizzes, art lessons and sports. They also have a huge indoor playroom with climbing frames and ball pools, as well as access to an outdoor play area and splash pool. International and Vivaldi Dining Rooms - Fixed Seating Dining
The Vivaldi and International Dining Rooms are both available for fixed seating dining with waiter service, and they are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They will usually open for breakfast between 12.15pm and 1.45pm, and between 12.15pm and 1.45pm for lunch. In the evening dinner is served across three sitting at 5.30pm, 6pm and 8.15pm, and you will have the same table reserved for the duration of your cruise.Santa Fe, Savoy and Pacific Moon Dining Rooms - Anytime Dining
All three of these restaurants offer anytime dining with waiter service and are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is usually available from 7am - 9am and lunch is available from 12.15pm - 2pm. In the evening, the restaurants open for dinner between 6pm and 9.30pm, so you just need to arrive anytime between these times and you will be seated. You also have the option to sit at a different table with different people every night if you want to.Signature Dining
Sterling Steakhouse - Speciality Steak Restaurant
The Sterling Steakhouse provides the ultimate dining experience as you not only get to choose your own cut of beef, but you can watch the chef's preparing and cooking it to your specific requirements.
