No matter where you are sailing to you won't be short of things to do. Movies Under the Stars is the outdoor movie theatre that shows all the latest films during the day and in the evening. The Scholarship@Sea programme gives you the chance to learn a new skill or hobby, with a wide choice of classes available from wine tasting and cookery to dance lessons and computer skills. In the evening there is a fantastic choice of lounges and bars open. Head to the Universe Lounge for live cabaret acts and music, or enjoy a delicious cocktail and dance in the Wheelhouse Bar. In the Princess Theatre you will find spectacular musicals and productions shows each night, and Explorers Lounge has regular karaoke competitions as well as lively music and dancing.Children's Facilities
Children of all ages will love the fantastic children's facilities on Island Princess. There are various children's clubs available throughout the day and evening, each split in to age groups ranging from 3 - 17 years old. All of the activities and facilities are then tailored to suit that specific age group. Young children can join in with arts and crafts, interactive learning, treasure hunts and fun games, and there is also a children's splash pool next to the youth centre. Older children and teenagers have their own centre too and they can play the latest video games, take part in sports tournaments, or just hang out with their friends listening to music or watching TV. Did you know that Island Princess was built specifically to sail through the Panama Canal? Along with sister ship Coral Princess, she is the only other ship in the Princess fleet that has been built for this specific purpose. A trip to the Lotus Spa is sure to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, with excellent facilities and treatments available daily. Enjoy a relaxing massage or aromatherapy in one of the ocean-view treatment rooms, or ease any aches and pains in one of the saunas. The Sanctuary is a real haven for peace and quiet and it is exclusively for adults only. You can enjoy a treatment in one of the outdoor cabanas or just simply sit back and relax with a good book. If you like to keep fit then the gym and fitness centre is the place to go. There are a variety of exercise classes offered daily such as aerobics and yoga, and the gym has all the latest fitness equipment as well as free weights. On deck there are deck games like shuffleboard, and the sports courts are a great place to get involved with the tournaments that are held. Provence Dining Room - Fixed Seating Dining
The Provence Dining Room opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and offers fixed seating dining with waiter service. Breakfast is usually available from 7.30am until 9am, and lunch is usually available between 12pm and 1.45pm. For dinner there are three sittings at 5.15pm, 6pm and 8.15pm, and the same table will be reserved for the duration of your cruise.Bordeaux Dining Room - Anytime Dining
The Bordeaux Dining Room offers the more flexible anytime dining, and it is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant is normally open for breakfast from 7am - 9am, and 12.15pm - 1.45pm for lunch. For dinner the restaurant is open from 6pm until 9.30pm, so you just need to arrive between these times and you will be seated. You can choose to sit at different tables with different people every night if you want to.Signature Dining
Bayou Cafe and Steakhouse - Speciality Restaurant
The Bayou Cafe is a unique New Orleans-themed restaurant that is exclusively available on a handful of Princess ships. New Orleans cuisine has a long history in America and combines a real mixture of flavours, including Spanish and African influences. The restaurant has a cover charge for dinner of approx $15 per adult and $7.50 per child, and a reservation will need to be made in advance as it is a speciality restaurant.Sabatini's - Speciality Italian Restaurant
Sabatini's restaurant is a Princess signature feature and it showcases some of the best Italian cuisine at sea. You will find a wide variety of tempting dishes available, many of which are classic Italian recipes with a contemporary twist. Horizon Court - Self-service buffet
The Horizon Court restaurant is an informal buffet restaurant, popular with families who enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. It is open throughout the day serving a fantastic range of hot and cold cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will also find a variety of snacks available at various times of the day, as well as soft drinks and tea and coffee.Princess Pizzeria - Casual pool-side dining
The Princess Pizzeria serves up a wide variety of freshly made pizzas with lots of different toppings to choose from. It is a very informal place to eat and normally opens from lunchtime until late afternoon.Sundaes Bar - Ice cream parlour
