Entertainment
In traditional 'Aussie' style, life on board Dawn Princess is laid-back and generally quite informal. Spend your days lounging by one of the swimming pools, browsing the on board duty-free shops, or join in with one of the port talks and lectures to learn more about your favourite destinations. In the evening the ship is buzzing with all sorts of great entertainment like live music and dancing. The Atrium Lounge is a lively bar overlooking the main atrium area, and here you will find an ever changing line up of musicians, with anything from a single pianist to a live band. In the Princess Theatre you'll see some spectacular Broadway-style shows performed by the ships' resident singers and dancers, whilst the Vista Lounge has great live music and cabaret acts.Health and Fitness
Take a rest from exploring exotic ports of call and while away an hour or two in the Lotus Spa. Designed to leave you feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated, the spa has a fantastic range of facilities to choose from. The treatment rooms host a variety of different therapies such as acupuncture, which is said to help pain management, and hot stone aromatherapy, which relieves muscle tension and stress. There are also several saunas available, as well as an outdoor pool with whirlpools. In the fitness centre there is a well-equipped gym with sea views and an aerobics area for fitness classes, and out on deck you can join in with deck games, play sports on the sports courts and improve your handicap at the Princess Links putting course.Trivia
Although all of the Princess ships have an affinity with romance, Dawn Princess is perhaps one of the best known for it, as it was launched by the original cast of the hit 70's TV show 'Love Boat', which was filmed on board the original Pacific Princess.Children's Facilities
Children of all ages will have a great time joining in with all the fun activities that are available in the children's clubs. There are generally two separate areas for young children and teenagers and the activities are tailored to suit the age group. The Princess Pelicans and Shockwaves are for children aged 3 - 7 and 8 - 12, and includes activities like drawing, craft making, scavenger hunts, parties and interactive learning. There is also a large playroom and outdoor play area. The Remix is for teens aged 13 - 17 and is designed as a cool hang-out area where they can listen to music, watch movies, play video games and join in with sports tournaments. The Florentine and Venetian Dining Rooms have fixed seating dining with waiter service open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is usually served between 7.30am and 9am, whilst lunch is available between 12.15pm and 1.45pm. Dinner is served across two sittings at 5.30pm and 7.45pm, and you will have the same table reserved for you throughout the cruise.Signature Dining

The Sterling Steakhouse is always popular and offers a huge variety of different beef cuts such as New York strip steak, all cooked to your specific requirements.
