Entertainment
Life onboard Queen Elizabeth moves at a very relaxed pace. Up on deck you will find a first for Cunard with a bowls and croquet lawn, as well as traditional deck games and sports courts. If you prefer something a little slower-paced then there is ample room to soak up the sun around one of the swimming pools or perhaps take a leisurely stroll around the promenade deck. In the evening the ship comes alive with everything from musical productions in the Royal Court Theatre, live music in the Yacht Club and ballroom dancing in the Queen's Room. You can also try your luck at black jack or roulette in Empire's Casino, or perhaps head across to the Golden Lion pub for pub quizzes, karaoke and music.Health and Fitness
The Royal Spa and Fitness Centre is the perfect place to while away an hour or two. In the gym you will find a wide variety of the latest fitness equipment as well as an aerobics area for classes including yoga and spinning. In the Royal Spa you are spoilt for choice with a great range of indulgent treatments available in the sea-view rooms that include reflexology, facials and massages. Main Dining
The Britannia Restaurant - Fixed seating dining
The Britannia Restaurant is the main restaurant and has fixed seating with waiter service available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is usually available between 7.30am and 9am whilst lunch is available between 12.15pm and 1.30pm. Dinner is served across two sittings at 6.30pm and 8.30pm, where the same table will be reserved for the duration of the cruise.The Britannia Club Restaurant - Single seating dining
The Britannia Club Restaurant is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner exclusively to all passengers who are staying in a Club Balcony cabin. The restaurant is usually open for breakfast between 7am and 9.30pm, and 12.15pm and 1.30pm for lunch. For dinner in the evening you can arrive anytime between 6.30pm and 9pm, where you will be seated at your reserved table.The Princess Grill Restaurant - Single seating dining
This restaurant is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner exclusively to all passengers who are staying in a Princess Grill Suite. Breakfast is usually available between 7am and 9.30pm, whilst lunch is available from 12.15pm - 1.30pm. For dinner simply turn up between 6.30pm and 9pm, and you will be seated at your reserved table. This restaurant is exclusively available for breakfast, lunch and dinner to all passengers who are staying in a Queens Grill Suite. As it is single seating dining, for dinner you just need to turn up anytime between 6.30pm and 9pm, and you will be seated straight away at your reserved table. The Verandah Restaurant - Speciality French restaurant
The Verandah is a salute to the legendary Verandah Grill that once graced the original Queen Elizabeth, and serves traditional French cuisine with a contemporary twist using the very finest ingredients. It is open for both lunch and dinner, and carries a cover charge of approx $5-$12 per dish for lunch and approx $6-$18 per dish for dinner. You will need to make a reservation to dine here as it is a speciality restaurant.Jasmine, Aztec and Asado in the Lido restaurant - Speciality dining
During the evening the Lido buffet restaurant transforms in to one of three dining venues with waiter service: Jasmine features superb Asian dishes; Aztec offers a modern-day version of classic Mexican cuisine; and Asado is a South American grill. There is a small cover charge of approx $10 per person to eat here, and a wine tasting package can be added on for approx $15 per person extra. It is advisable to make a reservation to eat here as it is very popular.Alternative Dining
The Lido Restaurant - Self-service buffet
This casual eatery is a popular choice with families as there are no set dining times or table sizes. It is open throughout the day offering a wide variety of meals and snacks and in the evening part of it transforms in to a speciality restaurant with waiter service. For those out on the open deck there is also the Lido Grill which serves lots of different grilled food, perfect for lunch of a quick snack.The Golden Lion - Casual dining
The Golden Lion is an informal place to eat and offers a wonderful lunch menu filled with some traditional pub classics such as steak and chips, cottage pie and fish and chips. In addition to this you will find a great selection of beer and cider to match perfectly with your meal.Cafe Carinthia - Coffee shop
This casual cafe serves a host of delicious speciality tea and coffee throughout the day, as well as tempting cakes and pastries. In the evening you will find a variety of drinks and cocktails available too.The Queen's Room - Afternoon tea
